Terms of Shipping and Delivery

At MG Skin, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience for our customers. We exclusively partner with Shiprocket to handle all shipping and delivery of our products. The following terms govern the shipping and delivery process for purchases made through our platform.

1. Dispatch and Delivery Details

1.1 Once your order is placed on the platform, we process and dispatch it within 24-48 hours. The estimated delivery timeline for your order will be displayed at the time of order confirmation.
1.2 Details of your order, including the estimated delivery timeline and tracking information, will be shared via email and/or SMS after dispatch.
1.3 All deliveries are handled solely by Shiprocket, ensuring a reliable and professional shipping experience.

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your purchases. Below are the average delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 5-6 Working Days
• Major Towns & Cities: 6-7 Working Days
• Other Locations: 7-10 Working Days

MG Skin, in partnership with Shiprocket, ensures safe and secure delivery within the mentioned timelines.

4. Serviceable Areas

4.1 While we aim to deliver products across India, certain areas may be deemed unserviceable. You will be notified during the order placement process if your area is unserviceable.
4.2 You may also verify serviceability by entering your area pin code on the platform.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

5.1 To ensure successful delivery, you must provide accurate and complete details, including:

• Name
• Shipping Address
• Contact Number
• Landmark (if applicable)

5.2 MG Skin will not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Delivery Attempts

6.1 Shiprocket will make up to three delivery attempts over three consecutive days if you are unavailable to accept your order.
6.2 After three unsuccessful attempts, your order will be canceled, and the product will be returned to us. Refunds for such canceled orders will exclude shipping charges.

7. Delivery Delays

7.1 While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Logistical challenges
• Adverse weather conditions
• Political disruptions or strikes
• Natural disasters (Acts of God)
• Other unforeseen circumstances

7.2 In such cases, you will be notified via email or SMS. However, MG Skin is not liable for any compensation due to delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Delivery Personnel Conduct

8.1 All deliveries are handled by Shiprocket personnel. While Shiprocket is committed to professionalism and ethical conduct, MG Skin is not responsible for:

• Misconduct or discourtesy by delivery personnel.
• Delays or errors caused by delivery personnel.
• Package tampering or other issues during delivery.

8.2 Any disputes or concerns related to the delivery personnel must be resolved directly with Shiprocket. MG Skin will not mediate or intervene in such matters.

9. Order Tracking

9.1 After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.
9.2 You can track your order through the Shiprocket website or mobile application. While we strive for real-time updates, tracking information may occasionally be delayed due to technical or logistical challenges.

10. Shipping Charges and Refunds

10.1 Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where:

• The delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error attributable to MG Skin.
  

10.2 The title and risk of the products transfer to you upon delivery.

11. Returns and Exchanges

11.1 Returns and exchanges are facilitated through Shiprocket. Upon approval of your return request, Shiprocket will coordinate with you for the product pickup.
11.2 All returns and exchanges will be processed per our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
